Despite the fact that we are a website that operates 24/7, recipient business hours are from 1000 to 1900 Monday through Friday. The order being placed using our recommended carriers. Even though shipping time is set and beyond our control, we expect the customer to get the requested product dispatch within in 48 to 78 hours.

Products will be delivered within 5-7days.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of the order being reported as delivered. Beyond that, the courier partner is not obligated to investigate.
